The Robimals are robot animals that live and play in RobiPark, a special place located in the world of the Cirbots. The “Who Am I” deck of 54 Robimal cards are “Collector Playing Cards” designed to introduce children to the Robimal world, its characters, and personal development. The cards can be used in the same way as regular playing cards, but are easier to play for younger players and offer so much more.
How to use the cards
First, a teacher, therapist, parent, or caregiver can use Robimal cards as a reward for a job well done, instead of giving the child a sticker or toy. A child can collect them all to create a full deck. Robimal cards are more than a playing card though, as the child is then instructed to scan the QR code to learn about the character and the personal development value they represent on the character cards online story page.
When a collector visits Robimals.com to read about the character, they also learn about personal development within the carefully crafted stories that integrate the special “Who Am I” word that each character is in charge of.
“Who Am I” words are specific to “Self Awareness”
The Robimals will also invite children to create their very own adventure stories to add to this site. The Robimal will even guide the young writers as they make new adventures.
This is a playing card face. They are all numbered 1 to 9, and are arranged in 6 different color sets, with each set having a unique symbol. BEAR is a RED number 3 with a STAR.
This is the back of the card. All the card backs are similar, but each has a unique QR code that matches the color set and invites a collector to visit that Robimal’s story page.
The “Who Are You” expansion pack of 27 Robimal “Collector Playing Cards” adds brand new characters and exciting new words that introduce children to social settings, with words like sharing, friendship, and more. Each expansion card also has a QR scan code that takes children directly to that Robimals very own story page, where kids can continue to read about these new Robimals and the real life animal they are modeled after.
